Crepe De Chine silk is a slightly textured silk with a lovely drape and soft-touch feel. The textured surface reflects light a little differently, and contributes to a minimally, almost non-shiny silk look. The added weight of the silk makes it a treat to wear. The weight also allows more dye to be absorbed, creating the look of more saturated colour. Use silk dyes to achieve optimal effects, however silk paints can be used as well. All silk crepe de chine fabrics are 12mm weight and 100% silk. The edges are hand-finished.
