All prices are in Canadian dollars. The current rate of exchange that your credit card will give is approximately $1.00 US = $1.40 Canadian (subject to change without notice).

Payment Methods

Canada: You can pay by Visa or Mastercard

We use Paypal as our payment processor online.  If you do not have a credit card, please email your order to sales@gsdye.com and we can manually process the order for you to pay be e-transfer (Interac)

Taxes

Residents of Canada are subject to GST or HST with the rate dependant on their respective province. International orders are sales tax exempt. All prices listed do not include applicable taxes.

Shipping & Handling

Canada: We use Canada Post for shipping. They operate a door to door service in Canada/USA to any location accessible by public road. We have a daily pick up service for Canada Post and can get orders out usually within 1-3 days. If items are out of stock or short on stock, we will attempt to call or email you to let you know. A $3.50 pack handling fee will be applied to all orders, regardless of size. There is no minimum order.

United States and Rest of the World: We ship by post office insured. You can specify ground or air service. The price varies by location/state and weight.  For order outside the use, we only manually process orders.  Please send orders to sales@gsdye.com

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment if products are in stock. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless other special arrangements are made in advance. A $3.50 pack handling fee will be applied to all orders, regardless of size. There is no minimum order.

All duties, customs and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country's import fees and customs rules before ordering. 

LOCAL Toronto AREA - Penguin PickUp

Delivery to a local GTA Penguin PickUp location for pick up at your convenience.    Please use the pull down menu to make your location choice.  Orders are usually available in 1-2 business days (3-4Days for Hamilton/St. Catherines).  Penguin will contact you by email when the order is available.  This service is free to use now with no minimums nor subscription needed - CLICK to see all locations and schedule

Billing Inquiries

If you have any questions about billing or need any additional information, please contact us at 1-866-596-0550, Monday to Thursday, 10am to 2pm EST.

Claims and Adjustments

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival and report any loss or damage to us within five days. We shall gladly substitute or replace defective merchandise. If your order was damaged in shipment, keep all packing materials and contact us. We shall notify the carrier of the problem.

Goods are not accepted for return without prior authorization.

For non-defective returns, there is a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges and cut fabrics are non refundable

NOTE: all returns are to be sent by the Postal Service. Any returns sent by UPS, Fedex or other couriers may incur duties, brokerage fees or service charges which will be the sole responsibility of the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS!
